1. General Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (based on stock availability)

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
